Processing time

Because Glowmane ships internationally, delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown to you in full before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees added afterward.

Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
