Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective items
If your Glowmane arrives damaged or not working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable situations
Items returned used, damaged through misuse, or without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
